A Perfect T-shirt is crafted with comfort, longevity and sustainability in mind. Not just choosing the right material, but other details such as dyes, stitching material, neck tags, side tags, packaging etc. are also important to create a sustainable long lasting garment.
High quality, natural & biodegradable fibres
We use high quality Pima cotton or organic cotton, which has longer fibres than conventional cotton to give high strength to the garment with softer feel. Also, the fabric absorbency is high which results in reduction in dyes usage to colour the garment.
Designed for a longer lifetimes
All worthwit T-shirts are double stitched shoulder to shoulder with recycled polyester fibres to maintain the durability of the garment, and dyed with certified durable dyes to withstand multiple laundering cycles; while keeping in mind our commitment to sustainability.
Tags
Polyester fabric is not biodegradable. So, even if the garment is biodegradable, the side tags are not.
Our side tags are printed on 100% cotton fabric instead of traditional polyester fabric and neck tags are printed onto the garment itself to reduce plastic waste.
Certified dyes and chemicals
We use only certified dyes and chemicals to colour the garments. All dyes in our garments are certified with Bluesign, GOTS, Oekotex and ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals).
Ethically selected colours ensure less waste water and crucial saving of water and energy resources.
Packaging
We promote plastic free packaging with 100% recyclable materials.
